Wagga Wagga & Region Suicide Prevention Network

The Wagga Wagga & Region Suicide Prevention Network is a community group that was created by concerned residents of the Wagga Wagga community in 2010 to assist in addressing the issues of suicide in the local area. The group consists of community members, service providers, and people with lived experience. Each year the network hosts “Ripples of Hope” remembrance walk for people who have lost loved ones to suicide. Through education and raising awareness, we provide our community with the tools needed to reduce suicide and its impact; Vision: Inform, connect, and empower our community to prevent suicide.
